By using the AutoShip website, app, or vehicle shipping services, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must own the vehicle or be legally authorized to request its shipment, and provide accurate information and documents.
Service
AutoShip provides vehicle shipping from Dubai by sea or land depending on the destination, including quoting, document upload, and tracking through the platform.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle, destination, and document details, and for meeting export/import requirements in the relevant countries.
Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to fulfill shipments. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect customer data beyond what is stated in the agreement or applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
